Muslim Marriage Services was featured in a QuestionPro international case study exploring its data-driven approach to modern Muslim matchmaking. The study examined how structured research and digital systems can be used to address long-standing challenges in how Muslims connect for marriage.
The research highlighted key issues facing the community today, including trust in online platforms, rising concerns around fraud, and the growing need for compatibility beyond surface-level profiles. It also reflected a broader shift towards users prioritising safety, intention, and verification over convenience or volume.
Through its findings, MMS was recognised for building a secure, ethical, and research-led model for Muslim matchmaking. By combining data insights with practical safeguarding measures, the platform aims to support more meaningful and serious pathways toward marriage.
